Bush Regrets not doing More Damage

Speaking to a Trade Association on October, 21, 2010 - George W. said he regretted not doing more damage to the U.S. economy that all his constructed wars and bad policies had done.  Apparently, he would have liked to have been the one to totally destroy the Middle Class in the United States.
