It started on Vulcan Forums as "Ride a Vulcan to See a Vulcan" but we now have quite a few people joining in. ( I am Graywalker on the forum )
I will be leaving Brandon, MS about 7:30 or 8:00 AM heading toward Birmingham, AL. I'll stop at the Huddle House in Mary's Travel Center at Exit 86 - Brookwood - to meet up with some folks and then head out to Vulcan Park, arriving between 12 and 1. (see Map)
Anyone who wants to join in, let me know and we can meet up at the Home Depot parking lot off of I-20 at the Brandon / Greenfield Road / Hwy 18 Exit 54 at 7:30 and head out by 8:00 toward Meridian. Can also meet people in Forest or Newton or Tuscaloosa, AL if need be. Google Maps shows Brandon to Mary's Travel Center to be about 2 hours 29 minutes, but prep and stops might make it 3 hours, easy.
You probably need a motorcycle to join in, but if you really want to be a war wagon, that can work too. ( A War Wagon is a car or truck that follows a motorcycle or group of riders and carries supplies, luggage, etc. )
