Okay, so I was wondering what kind of mushrooms are used on Pizza. Google was not much help. I know, shocking!
Although not stated explicitly anywhere that I could find in a quick googleing of the the subject, it appears that White Button Mushrooms are used on most pizzas. Oddly, as the same mushroom grows, it has many different names! So, saying that a portobello mushroom is on your pizza is technically correct...
